For the first time in two years, Yamashita had the opportunity to visit Leeds to attend an academic conference. During the visit, he also participated in a reunion of the Condensed Matter Physics Group at the University of Leeds, where he previously conducted research.

It was a wonderful occasion to reconnect with former colleagues, share recent developments in each other’s work, and strengthen professional and personal ties. The warm and friendly atmosphere of the gathering reminded everyone of the collaborative spirit that defines the Leeds research community.
